Annie Enkegaard is Senior Scientist at the Department of Integrated Pest Management, University of Aarhus, Slagelse, Denmark. She got her degree in Biology in 1986 and her PhD in Biological Pest Control in 1992, both at the University of Copenhagen. Her research interests are focused on biological and integrated control of arthropods in greenhouses and outdoor crops including aspects relating to interactions in multi-species systems, tritrophic interactions, rearing methods and mass-rearing of insects, quality control. She serve as a board member of the Danish Centre for Biological Control (www.centre-biological-control.dk) and the Research School of Horticultural Sciences (www.rshs.dk).
She joined IOBC/WPRS in 1989 (WG: “Integrated Control in Protected Crops, Temperate Climate”), currently serving as convenor of this WG.
