Short CV of Lene Sigsgaard
Lene Sigsgaard is associate professor with special responsibility for research and development at the University of Copenhagen, Faculty of Life Sciences, Department of Agriculture and Ecology, the Zoology group (link: www.life.ku.dk, link to Department of Agriculture and Ecology: www.en.agri.life.ku.dk), where she has worked since 2001. The aim of the research is to contribute to the development of biological control of insect pests in outdoor crops. Research focus is interactions between plants, insects and their natural enemies, principally predators.
She joined IOBC in 1996 as member of the IOBC-WPRS working group on cereals, from 1998-2001 she was member of IOBC-APRS and 2001 she joined the IOBC-WPRS working group on integrated protection of fruit crops.
