Instructions to the Editors (convenors)

The convenors are responsible for the preparation of the Bulletins. Therefore, the following rules should be followed thoroughly:

  1. Send the "Instructions for Authors" to the active participants in good time (e.g. together with the second announcement or at least 1 month) before the meeting.
  2. A hard copy and a diskette of the announced paper should be submitted to you during the meeting. You may give the authors at maximum about two weeks additional time after the meeting for revising their manuscripts, if necessary.
  3. The manuscripts should be revised (and corrected) by you or another experienced speaker of the English or French languages.
  4. Make sure that the authors have followed the "Instructions for Authors".
  5. Prepare the Title page, the Preface, the List of Participants, and the Contents. This first part of the Bulletin has a roman paging. For the Contents see the following example.
  6. Each contribution should begin with an uneven page number (right page). If the paper ends with an uneven page number, please add an empty page to the article.
  7. Compile all contributions in the correct order for the Bulletin to a few bigger files on 1,44 MB DOS-formatted diskettes (or to one ZIP-file).
  8. Send a hard copy and the diskettes as soon as possible to one of the responsible below. If you can and wish to send all per e-mail instead on disks, please contact the responsible per e-mail prior to get the necessary instructions
